Having successfully led high-profile organizations for over 40 years, David drives operational excellence through innovation and collaboration. Prior to his current role, David served as the president of the NationalWay Association. He has held executive roles with IHC Specialty Benefits, The IHC Group, The Zig Ziglar Company, Cornerstone America, and United Advertising.
David is a professional public speaker, Six Sigma Black Belt certified, and is licensed to sell health, accident, and life in 50 states. Dedicated to developing customer relationships, he has contributed to works such as ‘Wisdom and Insights on a One-of-a-Kind Organization’ and as a facilitator on Zig Ziglar’s ‘A Conversation on Character with David Keeler and Gary Heavin’.
David resides in St. Petersburg, Florida with his wife, Robin, and spends time enjoying family, fitness training, the great outdoors, the arts, and inspiring others.

Brian is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations, customer service, and insurance. As the current Chief Operating Officer at Ridge Administrative Services, he drives operational excellence and strategic growth.
Previously, Brian led insurance operations at Jobble and served as COO at Gigly, enhancing organizational efficiency and performance. With a robust background at Blue Lantern Health and Assurant Health, Brian has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead large teams, optimize processes, and deliver outstanding results.
He holds a B.A. in Financial Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College.
Sam is a senior financial executive with a remarkable track record across diverse industries including technology, SaaS, retail, telecommunications, manufacturing, and insurance.
Throughout his career, Sam has been recognized for his leadership, innovation, and results-driven approach. He has a proven track record of building and empowering high-performing finance and accounting teams, implementing process improvements, and driving strategic initiatives that deliver tangible business outcomes.
Sam has a BBA in Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas in Austin.
Dan is a proven leader in the insurance regulatory space, having served a decade in executive risk and compliance roles for an industry leading Insurtech. In his final two years at the company, Dan founded its Government Relations department and concentrated his efforts on business strategy, policy governance, and political alignment, traveling to meet regulators and legislators on behalf of the company.
Dan's focus on creating efficiencies through technological solutions gives our company a competitive edge in recruiting distribution networks, protecting stakeholders and producing compliant business.
Prior to his career in Insurance, Dan discovered a passion for Compliance across seven years at Bancroft Neurohealth, a non-profit organization for the Developmentally Disabled in New Jersey, analyzing and presenting behavioral data, as well as managing group homes and program operations.
Dan holds a MA in English/Creative Writing from Temple University and a BA in English from Rutgers University. He loves spending time with his four children and an Aussie named Maggie.
